Fantasy Basketball Tiers (of a Clown)

Tier 1 – Buffo (The World’s Strongest Clown will carry you to the top)

Not really a way to go wrong in this tier, if you are in the Top 3 of a snake draft consider yourself lucky.

Tier 2 – Bozo (Chicago’s most famous clown never disappoints)

Chris Paul

Russel Westbrook

Andrew Bynum

Deron Williams

This is a very solid tier, you want to land one of these guys with your first round pick.

Tier 3 – Pogo aka John Wayne Gacy (Might be a delight, or might kill  you, its a tossup)

Dwight Howard

Kyrie Irving

Kobe Bryant

These guys all have more than the potential to be first round picks, but questions abound in this tier.

Tier 4 - Bello Nock (The star of the Ringling Bros. Circus is solid yet unspectacular)

Dirk Nowitzki

These guys are going to get their numbers, but don’t look for them to carry your team the whole season.

Tier 5 - Flint Rasmussen (Seven time winner of Man in the Can award could surprise at any time)

Stephen Curry

Serge Ibaka

These guys have another step yet to take to  become bonafide fantasy stars, but they have the potential to do so.

Tier 6 – Zig and Zag (These guys could go any direction at any time)

These guys’ production will fluctuate throughout the season, but the highs will definitely be worth the lows.

Tier 7 – Abbott & Costello (They aren’t really clowns at all, but they sure act like them)
